Bathroom Remodels

1. Initial Walkthrough & Estimate
Give our office a call to schedule an initial walkthrough. We will visit your home to take photos and measurements, discuss your ideas, and go over what you would like to accomplish with your bathroom remodel. From there, we will put together an estimate based on the proposed scope of work.

2. Contract & Material Selections
Once the contract is signed, you will begin selecting your materials. Our estimate will include allowances for items such as tile, cabinetry, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. We provide healthy, realistic allowances that typically give you plenty of flexibility when making your selections.

3. Material Approval & Ordering
Once all your selections are finalized, we will provide a detailed list of the selected materials for your review and approval. Once approved, we will place the necessary orders.

4. Material Delivery & Storage
All materials will be delivered to our shop and stored until everything needed for your project has arrived. This allows us to have the majority of the materials ready before construction begins.

5. Scheduling & Construction
Once all materials have arrived, we will get your project scheduled and coordinate a start date. Our goal is to have everything ready before we begin so we can move forward with your bathroom remodel as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
